Primo is a great water user, and water is the source of all life. And Primo is especially creative with his uses! He is just as likely to use it to heal as he is to clobber you with it! Hope that he's feeling friendly today!

Commissioner wanted to have his character Primo the Quaquaval as Lifeweaver from Overwatch. I'll be honest, it wasn't AS difficult as I feared at first....the previous pic was much harder...
